"Pay After a Successful Unlock." — For most eligible services (including all supported Android unlocks and our iCloud Unlock Service), you pay only after your phone has been successfully unlocked. T-Mobile, MetroPCS, and Sprint iPhone unlocking services require payment in advance.
1. Standard Policy: Pay After a Successful Unlock
When your device qualifies for our standard pay-after-success workflow — including all verified Android models in our supported catalog (even Android phones locked to T-Mobile, MetroPCS, or Sprint), eligible iPhone carrier unlocks on AT&T/Cricket/Verizon, and our iCloud Unlock Service — payment is requested only after your unlock is confirmed complete. Exception: iPhones locked to T-Mobile, MetroPCS / Metro by T-Mobile, or Sprint require advance payment after eligibility and pricing are verified on WhatsApp.

- ALL Supported Android Models — including Samsung, Motorola, Google Pixel, LG, OnePlus, TCL, and REVVL phones locked to T-Mobile, MetroPCS, Sprint, AT&T, Cricket, and Verizon
- AT&T, Cricket Wireless & Verizon eligible iPhone & Android unlocks
- Boost Mobile / DISH Wireless, Xfinity Mobile & Spectrum Mobile eligible unlocks
- iCloud Unlock Service (Clean Status) — including secondhand or third-party purchases
2. Explicit Exceptions: iPhones on T-Mobile, MetroPCS & Sprint
This advance-payment exception applies exclusively to iPhones locked to T-Mobile, MetroPCS / Metro by T-Mobile, and legacy Sprint because Apple carrier database registration requires upfront server allocation. (Note: Eligible Android devices from T-Mobile, MetroPCS, or Sprint listed in our supported catalog qualify for Pay After a Successful Unlock.)
